Sewing 102 is a skills class covering intermediate skills of sewing. Each session will focus on a different skill. These are not a project classes, but learning will be hands on for the participant. Materials are included in the cost of the class.
102.1: More to Less - Elastic, Gathers, Ruffles, and Pleats
102.2: Closures - Continuous plackets, buttons and buttonholes, snaps and grippers, zipper
102.3 Hems - Straight hems, A-line hem, narrow hem, hemming by hand, hemming with a machine.
102.4:Simple Embellishment - Piping, rickrack, lace, & simple applique’
Pricing
Bundle Option - The class bundle includes all 4 session of skill classes plus two sessions of a project classes (Project classes are designed for you practice of the the skills you have learned by creating a project of your choice. Please go to the Project Class to see the available times and a full description.) The class bundle is $150.
Individual Class Option - You may purchase each class separately by choosing only the topics you think you need. Each class is $30.
